Obama’s Aunt (UPDATED)

According to the Times Of London (and why are they the paper reporting this?) Obama’s aunt Zeituni Onyango, who is affectionately described in his book “Dreams From My Father”, has been found living in a disabled-access flat in a public housing complex in south Boston, Massachusetts.

Check out this part of the story:

Speaking outside her home in Flaherty Way, South Boston, on Tuesday, Onyango, 56, confirmed she was the “Auntie Zeituni” in Obama’s memoir. She declined to answer most other questions about her relationship with the presidential contender until after the November 4 election.

“I can’t talk about it, I just pray for him, that’s all,” she said, adding: “After the 4th, I can talk to anyone.”

She can’t talk to anyone until after the election? Does that smell to anybody other than me?

There’s some obvious and strong reasons why I’m not going to vote for Obama…but there’s also just so many little things about him that don’t add up…and to me, this is added to the list.

Does it matter to you?

** November 1 UPDATE **

  1. Hmmm. Maybe one of the reasons she can’t talk is that she’s here illegally. Yikes!
  2. Not a mention of this fact on CNN.com - Hmmm again.

Nope, it doesn’t. I think it’s so very easy to sling mud, that anything she says can (will??) be taken out of context…

Yep, pretty much sums up the entirety of who he is if you actually pay attention to his walk and compare it to his talk.

So much for “I am my brother’s keeper.”

Just leave us alone.

Paul, there’s only one thing worse that an Obamanut, it’s being out on a concert tour for 35 days and being surrounded by them. Tuesday night, a group of us Field Band Righties are going to meet after the gig, have some pizza, snacks and adult beverages, and watch the returns. If it goes our way, great, we’ll party on. If not…we’ll kneel and pray for the country. (Well, we’ll do that anyway).

I have a clever friend who just started a punny FB group called ‘Make This Nation An Obama-Nation.” It is NOT a pro-Obama group….

I tire of watching my well-educated, sensible colleagues saying some truly STUPID things.

Maybe I should put off retiring for four years. I couldn’t stand to have a bunch of certificates on my wall with The One’s signature all over them.

I am with you…cannot talk till after election? That is enough….please. Be straight up with everything. Hope all is well with you. God Bless!
